Even though he did **** all, he should still get paid.
Sometimes at work you don't do **** all but still get paid.

Think you missed the last paragraph.
The board sanctioned the fight. Now they're just trying to save face because they look worthless, which they are.
The last paragraph was the opinion of the author of the article
Point is the fighters have to try, and Harrison didnt try at all. His excuse that he wanted to take Haye to the later rounds before he unloads is bull.

As for Haye/Harrisson, they already had the fight and sold the PPVs.
The BBoC sanctioned the **** fight, if anyone should have their money withheld, it's them.

It was a disgraceful fight but it would be wrong to withhold the money.
He took some heavy digs and got back up again and we are talking about boxing and the heavyweight division where one punch could possibly kill you.
As a side note, the constant talk of 'letting the fight fans down' is also a bit of a joke. Any person the least bit familiar with the sport of boxing knew that this fight was going to be a non-fight and a travesty.Last edited by Cereal; 01-11-2011, 09:20 AM.
