How though really? when Marg was prime, Mayweather was prime.

He has far better movement/footwork and if he clinches when Margo got close (like Cotto should've done) Margarito would hardly land a punch.

Straight right hands and clinch that was Mosley's path to victory, should work for Floyd also but probably not for a knock out.

Not sayin he would have won, but he would've had his moments similar to how he cornered Pac briefly. Floyd would be able to land at will but we've seen with Marg before his ability to be able to walk through punches & frustrate opponents.
