klitschkos really isnt that arrogant and complacent to fight chisora then fight haye so soon after,he says he can,but if haye would/will sign,he wont fight haye july 2nd,ide bet my house on it,not if he fights chisora on the set date already.

haha, and he called haye knocking a bum out not exciting, maybe he should watch and learn how to finish off over matched opponents instead of dragging crap out and putting us all to sleep rounds before he does the same to his fat plodding opponents!.what a joker.

haye needs to fight vitali,i hope vitali and haye both have the balls to fight each other, cuz lil cry baby weak chin wlad isnt fighting no one with real heavyweight power, speed and good movement.

I dont buy it, tbh, Chagaev is there to be taken. Plus, if Haye wants to maximize his profits, as he stated on numerous occasions that Chagaev is a gift for Haye.

        1) Dismissing Chagaev on grounds of him having Hep B
        2) Paying step aside money
        3) Asking WBA to have the unification overhead of Chagaev

All of these have been done before, and I am sure there are two or three other ways it could have been done by a sharp and resourceful mind.
a sensible answer, take note wladisthechamp.

haye seems to think that he has to fight his mandatory because wlad is fighting chisora, so is haye full of sh_it on that?

Again, it is possible to negotiate a deal with WBA, Haye did not even try to do that. He canceled the whole thing hours after Wlad announced that he will fight both Chisora and Haye. It would look much proper and professional to me if Haye tried to strike a deal with WBA first as WBA lives on sanctioning fees from fights and a sanctioning fee from a unification is much larger then mandatory(its a percent of the total purse).
David Haye instead cursed everyone out and promise to leave boxing if we dont behave and appreciate him.

No none at all. Yet the GHaye Boys like Blobby and lfc will have you believe they're holding a gun to Haye's head.

I would love to see the WBA release a statement informing Haye that he can bypass his mandatory if he chooses
              Somebody give them a call.

one that you should have known the answer before you even asked the question, if you knew what you were talking about that is. I am not going to explain simple things to you. You should know by now that any sanctioning body has unification as a priority and that you can write up a contract anyway you want. Gayevid could have signed to fight Wlad on July 2nd and still can even though both him and Wlad have fights in between. It's not impossible and certainly doable. Gayevid just doesn't want it because he doesn't want to risk loosing to Chagaev.

Haye has done everything possible to avoid this fight. So what he might have to fight Chag in the meantime while waiting for the big fight in the summer, big deal, why can't he just fight him, whats the problem?

No one needs to deal with the WBA, they already said that a fight between Haye and Wlad overrules his mandatory challenger, Chagaev.

But now the Haye fans are using the ' he has to fight his mandatory ' excuse.
