Yes, why not? Especially if there are stipulations and pre-conditions in case the respective fighters don't win their other fights beforehand. It's no different than having future options in a contract. Did you just start following boxing or what?

July 2nd date was offered and agreed on, under the condition that Wlad will have a tune up, not an unheard of thing in pro boxing.
Haye will have to have complete ignorance of details if he was to never mention or ask what Wlad was going to do with Chisora, as he was an important variable at that moment.
Very good point. Chisora was a factor. That could never come as a surprise for Haye/Booth.

It has been done before, I think outside of Chagaev Valuev never actually faced a mandatory defense, it was voluntary after voluntary signed with complete agreement of WBA, Haye is under the same promoter as Valuev, Saurlend, if Haye trully was disgusted with fighting a mandatory Chagaev there are more then 2 ways to have that avoided, including but not limited to:
          1) Dismissing Chagaev on grounds of him having Hep B
          2) Paying step aside money
          3) Asking WBA to have the unification overhead of Chagaev

All of these have been done before, and I am sure there are two or three other ways it could have been done by a sharp and resourceful mind.

Has there been any word from the WBA about Haye's mandatory?

I dont know what is Haye's problem with fighting Chagaev, because in case he beats him he will get exactly twice as much from his fight with Wlad then if he decides to stay home till july 2nd

Chagaev presents a huge danger for Haye. It would be his first live opponent since he left cruiserweight.

yeah sure if it makes you feel better. but to be honest im not really interested in your opinions. your not capable of having a discussion and all you do is alot of cheerleading. you are 1 of the biggest nuthuggers on the site also, so i think ill take some other klitschko and haye fans opinions on this matter.

Sadly not based on what I saw in Chagaev's last fight. Haye can easily bike for 12 rounds there with 5-6 punches per round output and he will still get a W agaisnt Chagaev

Well there's always the chance that the Chagaev that fought Valuev shows up in which case Haye might be in trouble.
