Because Khan wants a ‘stay busy’ fight in the U.K in between.

Peterson won't be an easy fight for Khan. Peterson does have a good jab and might affect Khan's speed. If they are relying and Peterson's KO record they might be doing a mistake

I totally agree with you,Peterson will pose a similar problem Bradley will in the sense they can both fight on the inside..I'm very interested in how Khan will deal with this..

IMO Victor Ortiz should have gotten the shot at the title to face A. Khan. I think he did a better job in a close fight with L.Peterson..However looking at it from a promoter side, i wouldn't dare put Khan against a another big puncher after a brutal fight like that...Ortiz would kO Khan w his straight hard punches and hes a southpaw...

For me, Lamont yes, but not so much Anthony. Anthony's still busy at home "reviewing the tape" of his fight with Rios so he can answer Max Kellermans question of "were those low blows intentional?". Anthony: "Well I dunno Max, I have to go back and review the tape of the fight." WTH?? UhDerr, That **** had me crackin up Chiefy.

LOL. Right Lori. I think the embarassment of the loss plus the bombs from Rios effected his post-fight interview skills. I still have faith in Anthony bouncing back(After he reviews the tape ofcourse). He's the harder hitter of the two, and has just as much ring intellegence as Lamont. He probably needs to think bout making the jump up to 140 with his brother, I think tryin to make 135 is killin him.

Maybe so, maybe so. I guess I've always thought a true champion is someone who still acts with honor even in battle, and true character comes out in the midst of it. I don't down his skills, or hard work. For me though, what makes a fighter special, is what shows when he's right in the middle of it. But he is young, and I hope it was just his fear of losing his zero.

Side note: I can hear it now, many months from now - Anthony Peterson fights (and beats) xyz opponent. Max Kellerman goes up to interview Ant.... Max: "So, Anthony, you've just won the biggest fight of your career, this makes you top dog. What I, and all your fans want to know is....... Were those low blows intentional against Brandon Rios" HAHAHAHA Anthony: "Why yes Max, it did appear so when I reviewed the tape."
