He said it WELL after Floyd got caught up with the legal troubles and said he wanted to be on vacation. He should have said it during the first negotiations.

He agreed because he wants to know if that was really Mayweather's reason and condition to fight him.

So Pacquiao must be thinking that by agreeing to full random test there would be no reason anymore for Floyd not to take the fight.

What's really funny is why floyd is on vacation and not fighting and calling himself the greatest lol.. Funny, saying he is better than robinson or ali when experts aren't even putting him in the top 20 lol..

what you should be pondering is that everytime there was opportunity to fight pac, when the hype and the people are clamoring for them to fight. floyd is on vacation, that's what you should be wondering about. It's always pac who wanted the fight, pac's priority is to fight him then other options afterwards. Same as now, Mosely got the fight coz Floyd ain't got man balls.

When you negotiate in business you don't just lay it all out. What's important is you show interest and look for a compromise or a settlement. Pac is willing while Floyd just want to be a punk and beat up hapless women, and poke on someone.. You should wonder why he wants to get his ass ****ed in jail than get in the ring with pac.

That's what you should wonder about =)

Dude, you don't explain complicated things to kids. You explain
them when they grow up. It's an exercise in futility. I appreciate
            the effort, though.

Your going by the words of his waterboy Koncs, but not the word of the man himself, the one who's gonna risk his life on that ring!!! WTF is THAT??!!!

Too bad Manny's team already tattle-tailed on him! They said a 7 day cut-off.....not FULL random testing...it doesnt matter at this stage....Manny wont take the tests,so Floyd wont fight him.In the end,we lose.

Is that what happened in the first negotiations-a compromise???? Interesting.Which part did Manny compromise to while him and his team where choking on their excuses and while Bob Arum and the mediator admitted lies coming from Arum's side.....

why would you believe konz over Manny himself? Do you feel more at peace with the earth if Manny doesnt test? Youre picking and choosing what you want to hear so the blame doesnt fall soley on floyd.
