If you pay attention to what Pacquiao is saying he basically said he called Mayweather's bluff. He wanted to know if the OST was the real reason he didn't want to fight. This is what he said, he agreed to all his demands to know for sure if that was the reason.

If you people remember, Floyd suddenly went quiet with his tail between his legs. He suddenly wasn't thinking boxing, he's suddenly on vacation.

Anyone with a brain should be able to figure this out. Mayweather is obviously worried of Pacquiao's capabilities. Whether he believes or not about PEDS, the reason is he doesn't want to get in the ring against Pacquiao with those capabilities. Now whether there is OST or no OST, how will Mayweather know for sure that Pacquiao's capabilities will be gone when they get in the ring. The answer is, he won't know for sure. So logically, why would Mayweather suddenly fight Pacquiao if he can never be sure?

He said he did not want to do it which is the truth whether he will or not for the sake of making this fight happen is another matter. It was true of Manny when he said he would do it 24 days before the fight as well. He did not want to do it 24 or 30 or how many ever days before the fight, but he was willing to compromise. He did not want to do it for his own personal reasons or beliefs yet he was willing to do it. It stands true today.. If left to him he does not want to test otherwise he would have tested for all his fights.

honestly I think he made that statement before Koncz said 7 days. I don't think Koncz is in the loop as far as negotiations are concerned, just like I don't think Ellerbe is... Roach and Ariza clown Koncz ass says all he is, is Manny's errand boy. I wouldn't take anything Koncz says too seriously.. If he is right though, 7 days then, make it happen... I think 7 days and 1 directly after the fight is more then sufficient with Manny tapering down in training, he would be an idiot to risk it all in 7 days taking PEDs if he was planning on it...
