Chagaev is actually the real WBA champ lest we forget. Haye won his belt from a guy who did not win it in the ring, hence why it is a paper belt and Haye is not a real champion.

Wlad is actually the real champ because he beat Chagaev and with ease mind you.

Haye pulled out because apparently he found it unacceptable that Wlad fought Chisora on April 30th, like Haye is anyone to go around telling Wlad when he can or can't fight.
The 50/50 comes in share of all the things in revenue and such.

        Does Wlad deserve more?, Probably...

Does Haye get/earn more per fight (PPV)?, Yes.

If anything Haye is getting shafted in terms of money in his pocket; If you take Wlads recognition and Hayes performance in bringing in the numbers it's even at 50/50.

Chagaev is no risk now, hsi disease has ruined him. I'm sure Haye and Booth saw his fight with Travis Walker.

The issue is that Wlad fighting Chisora both forces Haye to go ahead with Chisora, but more importantly fight him for free on TV.

Wlad and Haye wanted to fight April 30, but Sky wont show two PPVs in one month, and they decided they'd rather go with Amir Khans fight.

Haye is a PPV fighter in the UK, It's been years since he fought on a non-PPV broadcast. I don't even know what network in the UK would carry an event like that; BBC doesnt show boxing any more and Skysports puts even mid-level domestic fights on PPV.

Hayemaker isn't going to put together a fight with Chagaev if they cant put it on PPV, but Haye has to defend his title if he can't set up the agreed unification with Wlad. Wlad of course probably doesn't trust Haye to actually fight him and wants to go ahead and stay active by fighting April 30, even if it means the July 2nd date with Haye being canceled.

            Here's what happened:

The earliest date they could get for a SKY PPV was July 2, because Khan will be on the next Sky PPV in April. Wlad and Haye both agreed to the terms of the contract for July 2.

Wlad will be age 35 in March and has to be careful not to waste any more time. He lost several months before signing with Haye and having Haye pull out a week or two before the fight. He's concerned if he waits until July 2, Haye may do it again, especially since Haye also lied to Vitali and then went after a fight with Valuev.

So Wlad decided early on Wednesday to fulfill his promise to Derek Chisora and "stay active" with him in April, and then fight Haye on July 2. But Haye became angry and said he will not fight Wlad on July 2 if Wlad has the "stay active" fight with Chisora.

Haye said the next day (Thursday) he's "done" with the Klitschkos, and will never fight them. So on Friday, Wlad made an agreement with Adamek to fight in September.

But today Haye says HE wants to fight Wlad in September!

(Dan Rafael will be putting up a new article explaining what happened soon. Better to trust a neutral American source like Rafael than the Haye nuthuggers in the UK media who believe every lie that Haye comes out with)

Trust you to spin doctor the information you put out. Seriously, do you work in politics or PR? If you don't, you should and I don't mean that in a disrespectful manner, despite my lack of respect for you, it's a skill. Dan Rafael is in no way a neutral source anymore and you know it. Rafael decided a long time ago that he was supporting the Klitschko brothers over Haye and he isn't the type to change his mind, especially when there isn't compelling evidence one way or another about these negotiations.

For the record I've completely given up on this fight and both fighters. I'm tired of them and their bull****. It's pretty clear that neither guy is desperate for the fight, but would take it should they get their own way in the negotiations. I'll freely admit that I supported Haye over Wladimir before (although I've always respected Wladimir), but I no longer care who wins should they miraculously fight. Haye frustrated me greatly with the Harrison fiasco and he has frustrated me with these negotiations. Not that I give Wladimir a pass in the slightest. This Chisora defence is a complete bull**** fight and the timing of it is complete bull**** as well, even if he is sincere about fighting Haye in July, which I don't believe for a second. We really don't know who is most to blame, whatever nuthuggers may tell us and we probably never will, we just know that both fighters have made it difficult and cost us a potentially great fight.

They can both go **** themselves for all I care.

Why would he arrange a fight with Adamek if he really wanted to fight Haye and Rafael hates Haye he isnt neutral Rafael is just a clown who is on Arum nutsack. I mean he claims FMJ ducks real fights but lovesPac dispite him beating the exact same fighter FMJ as already beat. Not that FMJ is a good role model for how to conduct yourself but Dan is very biased in his views.

                  Don't believe everything Haye says.

The WBA is NOT forcing Haye to fight Chagaev.

Haye could have signed to fight Wlad on July 2, which he already had permission to do from the WBA. He overreacted like a silly bitch, and now he's even ruined his chances for a fight with Wlad later in August/September by saying "I'm done with Wladimir Klitschko, I will never fight him" because Wlad moved on to Tomasz Adamek.

Both Klitschkos have been in talks with Adamek for many months. Adamek chose Grant as an opponent to help prepare himself for a Klitschko.

And keep in mind the contract Adamek is signing next week isn't necessarily to fight Wlad, it's to fight "a Klitschko, whichever one is available in September" (smart move on both sides, because if one is hurt or loses before then, they'll be the other to fight).

Even the WBA did force him to fight Chag, so what? why can't he just fight his Mando and then Wlad later even if Wlad is going to fight Adamek now before him?

Haye's talk of retirement just shows me he really isn't that serious about wanting to get this done. What is maybe another 6 months in the sport where he does nothing most likely other than eventually fight Wlad maybe next January lets say?
