A simple question for Pacman fans.

I'm still trying to figure out how Manny is "cleaning out welterweight". He's fought 2 welters. One being good and the other KNOWN for losing big fights. Now he is about to fight Shane whose last fight was at 54 and at this point doesn't really mean much to the division.

So who said Manny wont eventually face Berto? It's obvious that fight will happen so why are you knocking Manny for not facing him.

In an ideal world, I would love for Paul Williams and Berto to fight or for Berto to face the Alexander/Bradley winner to give Manny a clear opponent to select in his next fight.

Berto gets nothing from me because he had a chance to establish himself as the #1 guy for Manny if he would have grew a pair and faced Mosley. He chose Hernandez and now that he has a chance to face another top guy (Cintron, Clottey or Collazo) he is going after Bailey.

Again Berto gets none of my sympathy.

He said that he wasn't going after Bailey.

He could have fought Mosley in Fall 2010.

He only has himself to blame for losing the Pacquiao sweeps stake.

Again, Berto gets none of my sympathy as he is clearly not serious about being a top fighter.

Berto's actions are easily explainable. Haymon has been able to secure him big paydays fighitng low risk fighters, and HBO has allowed it.......until now. Berto has been given an ultimatum to step up hs competition, which he has said he is happy to do and should do. The problem now is that there isn't really an opponent out there at 147 he can fight.

Bro,Berto gets no sympathy from me either.He's an undeserving champion,lets me make that clear.But he is the best known champion outside the obvious at 147.

U all talked about Pacman cleaning out 147.How is that,the only champion he's fought is Cotto.The Margarito fight was a bull**** farce 3lb's higher for a 154lb strap.Clottey isn't a champion of anything.Plus he lost his fight prior.

If Pacman chose Berto,he would have unified the division & forced the other cherrypicker Floyd to really think hard about who he decided to fight when he came back.But instead he chose Mosley,who he wouldn't fight when Mosley offered him a catchweight fight 2 years ago.But 2 years since & 2 bad performances he's suddenly the best fight,no he isn't.
