My belief is that boxing is waiting for PAC to leave, and I think then they will start demanding tougher testing.

It won't happen trust me, as long as Boxing is seen as an corrupt, barbaric sport the regular apple pie America could care less if boxers are cheating. They probably think so what they aren't anything but animals anyway. It's a shame because regardless if pac is using or not there has already been enough evidence that boxers are using to demand stiffer testing. There were guys way before pac's name got thrown in who tested positive so there should've been tougher penalties and testing implemented already. What is the point of these commissions and boxing organizations if they don't do anything to progress the sport?

Bonds testified that substances didn't work

Barry Bonds testified to a grand jury that he used a clear substance and a cream given to him by a trainer who was indicted in a steroid-distribution ring, but said he didn't know they were steroids, the San Francisco Chronicle reported Friday.

Bonds told a U.S. grand jury that he used undetectable steroids known as "the cream" and "the clear," which he received from personal trainer Greg Anderson during the 2003 season. According to Bonds, the trainer told him the substances were the nutritional supplement flaxseed oil and a pain-relieving balm for the player's arthritis.

According to government attorneys, BALCO founder Victor Conte has identified the designer steroid THG as "the clear." A testosterone-based ointment was identified as "the cream." Olympic sprinter Tim Montgomery testified that Conte used flaxseed oil containers to send "the clear" to athletes.

According to a transcript of Bonds' Dec. 4, 2003, testimony reviewed by the Chronicle, prosecutors confronted the slugger with documents allegedly detailing the steroids he used -- "the cream," "the clear," human growth hormone, Depo-Testosterone, insulin and a drug for female infertility that can be used to mask steroid use.

The situation with PAC is different. He is not being accused by the media or boxingcommissions l. Just by the mayweathers(but we all know if Floyd refused a test all he'll would brake loose).

One thing that is important to remember is that they were negotiating. So they just didn't agree.

Another thing to remember is that Manny has agreed to testing BUT the haters make it sound like he didn't agree to being tested. Again, it's the negotiations that fell apart the first time. The 2nd time, Floyd didn't want to fight.
