the entire division is in shambles. it truly sucks.......

the titty ball fighters of today shouldn't be compared to the ones of old.....

in fact this modern era will be WIPED away when judging the total history of the heavyweight division....

Exactly, ppv is killing boxing.Mora,Clottey,Margarito,Mayorga & so forth have no business on ppv.

The reason boxing is dieing is the fact that big fights aren't happening, it's an absolute disaster for p4p fights not to take place.

            yep.

they tried to fight normal and got destroyed by nobodies.

so they fight in a scared ***** style using height and reach and jabs.

atleast with such height, reach and power, actually give us more combinations, more activity, more desire to win by KO as soon as their overmatched, under experienced, over the hill opponents can not land on them, which is by the end of the first round.

and the treatment to their opponents business wise is a disgrace, hardly setting a good example.

if germany had ppv they would be very poor, people would not pay to watch that boring frustrating cowardly crap.

we can argue about how boring they are but it isn't goin 2 stop them, i mean when wlad was entertainin and took more risks he got knocked out, now he fights in a style that is very borin, but if ur a fan of his u can't argue with the results he's winning and so is his brother and together they've taken out the division, only one left is haye little brother wlad seems booked until hayes "retirement" but theres no reason for him not to fight vitali, haye against any of the 2 makes for the most interesting heavyweight match up in a while

No one, two or three boxers can carry the sport all by themselves. The nature of the sport won't cut it. It's dying because there's not enough fights to see in a given week, month, etc. You'd be lucky to see fighters fight 3 times a year nowadays.

The klits are not killing it, its the fighters that are around them, talented fighters like Solis who could force the issue with his mandatory position, become a force and break up the dominance, however hes fat and disgusting, wasting his talent and will moslty get beat when his chance comes around.

The reason the sport isn't as popular is because you have to pay good money to watch quality boxing fights. How many boxing fans on here can afford HBO + Showtime and also the PPV events? The only boxing you can watch on basic cable is Friday Night Fights and those are just up and coming fighters, not named fighters. I wish a network like ABC would put up some money and air a big fight on regular network television. How awesome would it be if one of the big four networks picked up Mayweather vs, Pac and treated it like a Superbowl event? I know it'll never happened but what if?
