As has already been pointed out in this thread, guys like Mayorga and Hamed might not have had picture perfect boxing technique but they always launched their whole bodyweight into shots, and in Hamed's case was surprisingly accuracte when he did so. Technique wouldn't necessarily have improved their power, might even have reduced it a little, but it would have enabled them to land their shots with greater frequency and with less chance of being open for a counter shot.
The only fighter mentioned thus far whom I think would have significantly improved his punching power with better technique is Foreman. Even so, the idea that Foreman "arm punched" is an erroneous one. 70s Foreman used to get plenty of weight behind a lot of shots, so much so that he used to lose balance if he missed a punch. 90s Foreman tended to arm punch a lot more, but compensated by having tighter technique and a better sense of timing. The thing that would have really made Foreman scary was speed.
