same people who won't give him credit for beating maidana are pretty much the same people who accused khan of ducking maidana a few months ago.

Yes, people just discredit for because they dont like him more than anything. He is being touted to do very well against FLoyd, so people rate Khan highly thoughly obviously. Khan thinks he needs a few more fights before fighting Floyd, so Khan might be underating himself, and overating Floyd. WHo knows?

But more than anything people just want to know just how good Khan can get under Roach.

He's only been at Junior Welterweight for 1 and 1/2 years.

His first fight at 140 was in July of 2009 and 3 of his 4 fights at 140 since then were against Top 5 - Top 10 opposition.

Kotelnik and Maidana are currently ranked 4 and 5 in the division.

Malignaggi was also a Top 10 Junior Welterweight when he beat him.

Now his next opponent is Lamont Peterson. Another guy ranked in the Top 10.

I agree, Khan is the top JWW in my opinion. Bradley's ranked top10 P4P, I think neither he or Khan deserve to be top 10 atm. After Bradley beats Alexander, then Bradley has the best resume and can be ranked top 10. But after Khan beats Bradley, Khan should probably be 7th or 8th, plus he'd be lineal champion.
