    I love Pacquiao's decision.

For me, there are like three reasons to love Pacquiao,

    He's Catholic,
    He's Floyd Mayweather's arch-nemesis,

And he fights like Aaron Pryor.

All out offense, all out punches from angles that you didn't know existed. Love that style. It's like in any other sport.

Who wants to watch to football teams playing catenaccio for 90 minutes? I'd rather fork my eyes out, and I'm an Italian.

Call me crazy but.... I never was amused by pacman's style and i never thought of him as overly exciting.. I remember being kinda thrilled watching the first barrera fight but after that, he became repetitive.. His offensive aresenal is very limited, his punching form is awkward and ugly, his wild and still amaterish at times... He's not this super exciting fighter like alot of people say he is... At least not to me...

A complete fighter like Marquez and Donaire are about 10x more exciting than some glorified brawler in pac..
if you only appreciate one style of fighting, then you are not a true boxing fan. and you probably wouldnt have liked almost any old school fighters from ages ago, if you even know any.

Juan Manuel Marquez is not a pure boxer.

Shane Mosley is definitely not a pure boxer.

Nonito Donaire relies a lot more on his athleticism than any pure boxer I've ever seen.

To me, pure boxing was always a way to compensate for a lack of athleticism or laziness. It was like, "oh let me sit down, wait for you to punch, I'll pick my shots, and if you don't throw at all, well I guess I'll be happy with a draw, as long as I don't have to sweat or get hurt."

That's fine if it's what you like. But my preferred style is to just overwhelm an opponent with punches and determination. Never backwards, always forwards.

I prefer excitement and drama more than technical boxing prowess.

That's not to say I don't appreciate the technical aspect of boxing, but it's not the primary reason I watch Boxing.
Comparing Pac to Robinson? lolz.. Other than the temperament, there are no resemblance whatesoever.. Robinson had so much dimensions to his game.. We can't say that about pacman..

I dont understand why Pac is viewed as an exciting.. I mean he's far form boring but... im just sayin..

I don't think Pacquiao is a boring fighter... But I'd prefer the pure boxers any day of the week to watch: Mayweather, Donaire, JMM, Hopkins, Dawson, Dirrell, prime Morales.

I don't think even you understand what you're saying.

I compared Pac to Robinson because you called Pac a brawler.

If Pac is a brawler, what does that make Robinson?

Fact is when you're landing 40% of your power punches you're not a brawler.

Your an offensive minded boxer-puncher that gives most of the crowd their money's worth.

Maybe you're in the very small minority, but most people watch combat sports for the blood and excitement.

I'm pretty sure if Whitaker-Mayweather ever happened, I'd be using the replay video to help me go to sleep.

Two technical boxers usually don't make for an exciting fight.
