This time i can say its wladimir....haye clearly agreed to all the demands and also both camps came to a 50 - 50 split yet instead of a unification fight with haye..wladimir wants to fight an unproven derek chisora who has not beaten anyone of elite level or remote relevance...only guy decent who he has beaten is sam sexton and because of that automatically with only 14 fights and no notable opponents chisora gets a free pass...
