I don't think Pacquiao is on anything but I wouldn't be surpriced if he was either. So many top athletes are never caught, to later on confess they did. I also don't think Mayweather used the testing as a way out. To do that he would have had to known beforehand that Pacquiao was going to refuse. I don't think that was the case either.

yeah, thats the only thing that ever made me question him. i was a little surprised by that but i think floyd used that as a way out of the fight or 2 really annoy pac.

They're mostly Floyd fans who wanna back their guy up.Floyd proposed extra ****,team Pacman wasn't having it,so that became their theme for criticizing Pacman.I used to be a fan of Pacman,but my whole thing is he's cherrypicking hard lately,I got the proof of that so my concerns hold merit.I was swarmed with red K's when I voiced those opinions that made me think so,they've slowed down lately because he's doing it boldly than ever now.
