i agree it will be epic and ill be rooting for marquez even if he loses, maidana is a beast so marquez is going to have to punish the body so he could wear him down i dont see a ko by marquez but you never know it could happen, maidana has power so he could we know he is able to ko marquez, this will definitely be exciting if it happens

bad it may sound but marquez deserves an easier fight from da onez he has taken in the past half decade. id say morales (135 only), Guerro, Maidana (bad idea) then Khan (also bad idea) in dat order.

if he wanted pacquiao to prove he is the better fighter he wouldn't of asked for so much money.

If he wants to make WBC Head, Sulaiman happy, Marquez should fight his fellow mexican boxer ex champ.Morales; Marquez is simply not interested in unifying the Lightweight Division by not wanting to fight the other Champ - Humberto Soto!

But if he is dead serious in showing to the world that he is worthy Challenger to Pacman, then he should invade the 147lbs division by Challenging Andre Berto who also wants to fight Pacman!

In all probability Golden Boy will simply allow Marquez to fight an easy fight!

Bull**** imo. He got badly hurt in the 10th, yes. He came back a bit in the 11th after getting his legs back, wasn't badly hurt in that round. Then got hurt again in the 12th, albeit not as badly as in the 10th.

So he took punishment for a max 3 rounds.

Roach and GBP need not worry. Maidana was a nightmare match-up for Khan (heavy-handed, pressure fighter, good chin, great heart). I might get shot for saying this but JMM is an easier fight imo. JMM has a good chin and great heart like Maidana but he's smaller and Khan is certainly faster. JMM isn't as powerful as Maidana. But he's more accurate. Khan would use his jab more against JMM too, he could outbox JMM from the outside if he wanted too.

A fight against JMM won't damage Khan like the Maidana fight did, he won't get as badly hurt. Beating JMM is only going to raise his profile and potentially make him a P4P top-10 fighter. Khan should be testing himself against the very best. Bradley is fighting Alexander, why shouldn't Khan take on a top-class opponent too?
I see your point. But he just fought one of the toughest(not technically the best) in his division and he has been consecutively fighting Top10 fighters in his division, which he should be.
Fighting Peterson would be a better opponent to fight at this stage for Khan as he will get more out of it style wise as a tune up for Tim.

If the Bradley fight doesnt happen in the summer, than at that point Marquez would become an optiion.

imo the best option would be morales. then a fight with soto to unify. then move up and fight zab for his ibf belt at 140, which i expect zab to win against mabuza.

You had high expectations for that fight? You had any expectations for that fight?
