Pacquiao takes the same tests as everyone else. He's clean until proven otherwise, in my opinion.
I honestly think the whole OST thing was just a pissing contest. Pacquiao wouldn't relent fully to Floyd's demands as a matter of principal. He tried to come to a compromise to save face but Floyd wouldn't back down. If Pac had caved who knows what the next demand would have been? Floyd didn't care about the test, he wanted to be in charge.

People trying to discredit Pac will not bring this fact.
Like I said before, If you believe he is on roids.....cool. I have no issues with people thinking that.
I just think it's annoying that these same people have been posting the same garbage almost a year.
I mean with get it....you think Manny is on Roids. Why make thread after thread about it like the TS and others have been doing>

Your posts have been the most valuable on that side of the argument in this topic, and your last post makes some good points too.
I don't disagree team Pac haven't at times slightly watered the seeds some of the Mayweathers and others have laid.
But then it makes more sense to me then, that that's because they're innocent, not that they're guilty.
If there is a guide book on how to act if accused of doing PED's, they would have read it and not said such things.
They're not clued up on the topic, trying to be anything, or guilty of anything.
The psycho analysis whilst interesting, does as much to undo the claims, as it does try to further water this bitter seed.
Did you ever hear of toney or fortune, well roach has so to say he had no clue on the topic is assinine at best.

It's not even just Hopkins for that manner, and if you want me to I could easily name examples of guys who were either the same size or smaller than Manny and made similar jumps.
Hopkins was just one of the countless examples I can bring up.
My point is this: Why are people acting like this hasn't been done before and Manny is the only one who has made a jump in weight like that?

Pacquiao started boxing at around 15 or 16 years old. He was also so damn poor that he wasn't even able to PIG OUT after his fights or anything along those longs. He weighed so little at the start of his career that he needed to put weights in his pocket just to meet the minimum.
Clearly, he had room and then some, to grow. At the age of 32, he now can still get down to the weight of 140 or so pounds. If he had to, I assume he could. I don't get how anyone assumes this guy is packing on muscle. He's not.
He's DROPPING weight. He's 32 years old. Why in the hell should he still be at 126 pounds, for example. Or even, 130?
He's older and is trying to make the most money. That's at the bigger weight classes. He's coached well enough and is fast enough to get away with fighting people that might be naturally a bit bigger, but it's not a miracle or impossible. Plenty of fighters that were naturally a bit smaller for a division north of their own, had one skill or quality that allowed them to move up and have success.
Some had power. Some had speed. Some had defense. But, it happens.
Relax, kiddies. You and I might not be able to do it, but it can be done.
For the record, when I say someone can still be naturally bigger than Pacquiao, I'm not implying that he should be smaller in some extraordinary way. I'm simply saying that they have to drop more weight than he does.

In the lower weight classes he had better (muscle) definition than he does now.Last edited by haverespect; 01-04-2011, 08:02 PM.
