Put it like this... when I'm walking around at 245lbs I can bench 315 lbs 4 times. Once I trim down to 230 I'd be lucky to put it up once.
At 245 i can do 4 sets of 10 reps with 225lbs.
At 230 I won't make it to 10 on my 3rd set.
