11-14-2009 vs cotto 145lbs (30 years old)
[/QUOTE]
absolutely minimal change in pac's physique the last 3 years. yet if you talk to steroid experts such as IM*****DAZED, they make pac out like he just went all david boston in one year.

That's why I have stated in the past that I really don't like how Manny looks at WW. He seems to have lost some speed and he looks soft the day of the weigh in and on fight night.
I think 140 is the perfect weight class for him but I understand WW is where the money is at, which is why he fights there.

pac has been coming in around 144-148 since his feather weight days.
the normal welterweight weigh in for fight night in this day & age of 24 hr. rehydration is as a junior middle & middle. pac comes in as a welter on fight night. regular welters come in on fight night as a 154, 160 pounder.

Dawg in that pic alone I see a 20lb muscle increase. Manny looks like Mr. Universe next to Cotto in that pic.

What about off time and not being in camp? Should a fighter be tested then? They know there will be no testing. They might want a little boost.

Truth be told, him and Marquez are only 3-4 lbs apart. Those two have always been similar in size.

How is it that you went from being unable to fight when tested within 30 days to seven? How? You felt real strongly about this too...you even pulled out. You said it would make you weak. Well either you were lying or you discovered that's not true. So...what's stopping you from saying I will take the full testing?
