Heard this all before, Diva is wasting Wlad's time again just like she did in 2009, I would have thought Wlad learned something from that. Because of Diva Wlad fought only once that year, he could be repeating that same mistake. Fight Chisora in February as some other poster has said and sign the fight with Diva for early June, that way if she backs out, Wlad wouldn't be in a position of being a year without a fight.

Haye postponed the fight fight with Wlad due to an injury (from what I remember) and Wlad wouldn't wait, so he took a different fight. How is that Haye pulling out of a fight? And was the Vitali fight even signed yet? From what I remember Haye ceased negotiations because of Vitali's "slave contract". That's not pulling out of a fight. Never in the history of boxing has one had to agree to fight the other brother if one lost. Who is going to sign a contract like that? If Haye didn't like the money being offered, he'd still have to fight. Sorry, they are not your hero, the Hayefaker, they like to fight more than once a year. The Hayefaker is real exciting, just see him handling Valuev and being warned by the ref to start fighting Fraudley, if you want more proof. Not to mention that all these fighters are/were on the verge of retirement, he hasn't fought one HW younger than 36 and/or less than 8 years older than him.

First of all, Wlad was willing to wait but didn't for several reasons: 1) Diva never provided proof of her "injury" and hasn't to this day. 2) Diva first asked 3 weeks, then it was 4, then it was 6. So Wlad knew that he couldn't trust her or Booth.

Second, not showing up to a scheduled event without good reason is "pulling out". Diva did not have a good reason and didn't show up. An unsubtantiated injury is not an injury, there were no doctors' reports and if there were, they were never sent to K2.

Third, Diva claimed that the Vitaly's fight was all done and that "all that needs to be done are the i's dotted and the t's crossed" and didn't even answer Vitaly's final fax and instead negotiated a secret deal with Saureland and Don King, wasting months of Vitaly's time.

Fourth, in terms of the "slave contract", Diva said that he wants to and must fight both brothers multiple times, you can't call something a "slave contract" if you asked for it, not to mention that he signed the same contract with Wlad and also he gave Saureland 3 options on himself.

Fifth, as to your "never in the history of boxing have you had two sign a contract that you have to fight a brother", that's because there has never been two brothers who both controlled the belts at the same time, so this is unchartered territory (only a testament of how great the Klitschkos are). To repeat, if you ask for it and you get what you asked for, how is that bad? Diva said he wanted to fight both brothers. Besides, how is it bad to have to face two guys who are also the biggest draws at HW and also will give you all of the belts and undisputed status? Again, how is that a **** deal? Unless of course you know you can't beat both of them and scared to fight them, then that's a different story.

For more proof of who is ducked, just see the March 2010 - October 2010 period. Both Klitschkos and Diva were available to fight. Wlad called out Diva on YT. Then not a peep from Diva for 7 months, apparently he was too busy and "resting" to pick up the phone but not too busy to attend every celebrity event imaginable. Finally, after both Kltischkos have officially signed to fight Peter and Briggs, Diva comes out of hiding not even a week later and starts talking **** again. Oh, and the money Diva is getting now isn't that great either because he has to pay Saureland a cut and at one time it was Saureland AND Don King. I also believe he pays Golden Boy but I could be wrong about that. Diva has multiple masters, he should have just chose one - the Klitschko family, they are going to own his @ss anyway if he ever finds his balls to face them but he cut off his own balls as soon as he moved to HW.

Wlad has already wasted too many months of his prime negotiating with Haye.

Wlad should go ahead and fight Chisora in February, then fight Haye in June, rather than going 9 months without fighting (September 2010 to June 2011).
