Should Jermain Taylor Avoid Fighting Rough & Tough EUROPEAN Fighters????

People talk about how fighters like Pacqioao and European fighters purposely avoid slick, AFRICAN AMERICAN fighters but the reverse is moreso true.

Take a look at Taylor for example who got absolutely dismantled 3 times by TOUGH & RUGGED White Fighters.
If his promoters cared about his health they would keep him away from these types of fighters.

Its not a style issue with Taylor. Its a health issue. He shouldnt be in there with any fighter with two hands. And its obvious to see Pac has fought a lot of flat footed fighters recently. Thats a fact. Wether that it is by design is whats up for question.

Jermain should avoid the strong European punchers for awhile.

He did better against feather-fisted Americans like Hopkins, Lacy, Spinks, and Wright.

abraham, pavlik and froch all have different styles u tool. its not about race its about style. if willie pep and pacquiao were at FW at the same time pac wouldnt have fought him either.

everyones punch resistance goes down when they get tired and in taylors case his defense gets much worse also, hense hes been knocked out late by guys who are physicly strong (wear him down) and keep their punching power in the late rounds (finish him). simple as that. thats not a trait u can break down to race, nationality and barely even styles. like i said pavlik, froch and abraham all have very different styles. dont try to start a race war.

yeah cuz he did great against spinks, hopkins and wright. also lol at hopkins and lacy being featherfisted

not to mention he was doing well against abraham and was beating froch til he got caught. he should stay away from punchers period, has nothing to do with being european or american.

Taylor fought all types of boxers....Froch, B-Hop, Spinks, Pavlik, Abraham all have different styles. Even Froch and Abraham dont fight the same, Carl Froch can box and he gives you angles unlike AA who comes forward all the time.

Well JT looks like the best boxer in the early rounds. But gassed up in the late rounds.

I don't remember Taylor being being KOed by Spinks, Lacy, Hopkins or Wright.

He didn't lose any of those fights (4 wins and a draw).

Good old boy Tunney Leave it to him to say someone should avoid AA and Froch. Europe should stick to heavyweights for now. After Andre runs thru that division both of those names will begin to fade. Be patient, Khan and Brook will put yall back on the map in a bit.

i dont think lacy was ever a world class fighter, but we all know by the time taylor fought him he wasnt. the other fights all couldve gon against him, i had wright beating him and hopkind beating him twice. the spinks fight bored me so much i never managed to stay fouced enough to score the entire 12 rounds.

jermain was doing good against abraham, winning early then fell behind a bit but he was on close to even terms til he got caught. he fought well he just got caught by the biggest puncher in teh division (perhaps any division). hell he was beating froch til he got caught in that one.

i agree he should stay away from strong fighters who can maintain punching power for 12 rounds but i dont know what being european has to do with it. both froch and abraham have a unorthodox style thats far from the classic european style. or any classic style for that matter.
