All your threads could easily be consolidated into one giant thread of repetitive ******ity.
Why did Manny skip 14 and ask for 7 days?

But besides that, it wasn't my point. The point is that politics is a fickle thing and it isn't as easy as "oh sure, Mr. Mayweather, I'll take your blood tests" and then life goes on as normal.
You don't think that one of his opponents would have called him weak willed if he did it? You don't know.Comment

What's funny is, regardless if he is or isn't on steroids, Pacquiao can tell Mayweather to go **** himself. A co-worker, not a superior or anything, tells me I NEED to do something, and I'm going to be disinclined to do it, simply because the audacity of an equal trying to impose their will on me would probably piss me off. If I'm walking down the street and a stranger tells me to pick up some trash on the floor, same kind of ****. Even if it's a good thing to do, no one likes to be talked down to or condescended to. That's what the demand is. Is everyone going to pretend they would act differently?Comment

The real reason that I thought that Pacquiao wasn't going for that demand was because it would have made him look weak, it would have weakened his image. Don't forget that he was running for a political office at the time.
Do you think that the Filipino people would have been impressed by him being pushed around by Floyd Mayweather Jr in negotiations? I wouldn't.
I wasn't surprised that he chose to wait until after the election to accept all of those things.
Manny has another life outside of boxing, a life that seems more important to him than boxing. He seemed to want to do anything to get elected. Not bending to the will of Mayweather was probably a part of that.Comment

And 50/50 is hardly an unreasonable or unheard of contractual stipulation. He's not asking for more or less.
But Floyd asking for something not typically seen in the sport because of how good Pacquiao looks is not exactly normal.Comment

Bottom line is that both fighters are scared of eachother.
I blame Floyd and Manny for this BS.
**** changes all the time with these dudes. What a pair of *******.
Both don't want to lose to the other so therefore they duck one another and ask for ****** demands like blood test, 10 million for each pound, etc.
Whats worst is reading all these post from *****s and *******s fighting over which ***** is sweeter. 1 ***** + 1 ***** = 2 *****es.Comment

I read just to make the fight, Pacquiao was quoted as saying he is willing to have blood tests up to the 6th round. Knowing Mayweather, he'll still find a way not to make the fight. Can't blame him. If someone is not willing it doesn't matter what the other guy does, because there are a million ways to find excuses.
Just think about it, what guarantee does Mayweather have that Pacquiao won't show up just as fast, just as strong and just as powerful after all those tests? It's a no brainer really, there is no guarantee, so do you think Mayweather will still want to face that Pacquiao?Comment
