Biggest tragic loss/waste of talent in boxing, Salvador Sanchez or Edwin Valero???!!!

I really liked Valero I didn't see him as hype he became one of my favorites, I thought he was just begining to show his true self and I had tremendous hope for him. When ever I see his fight vs Demarco I'm bummed out that it ended the way it did.

However Sanchez at his very young age he had proven himself to be the real deal and had faced real opposition and terrific champions. The sky was his limit, who knows what else he would have accomplished had he lived more. I say that Sanchez had a bighter future than Valero.

Hey guys in your opinions who was the more tragic loss for boxing?

Salvador Sanchez was a proven champion with 40+ fights at 23 years old. I would've loved to see more from Sanchez (rematch with Gomez lol) Sanchez went down as one of the Mexican greats!!

Edwin Valero killed himslef in 2010 with a perfect record of 27w/27ko. I was watching videos of this guy sparring and i've never really seen people hurt someone else like that while sparring!! He was truly amazing!

I know a lot of people will probably say Sanchez (I would think so too), but think of the actual potential Valero could've had also!!

Let's get honest non-biased opinions here guys!!

valero killed himself after he killed his wife. **** him. sanchez died in a car accident, that was sad. he would have beaten gomez in the rematch 2. 126 wasnt a good weight for bazooka.

Says alot about Edwin Valero when the guy was 28 years old,had been a professional for almost eight years prior to his death,and yet is still regarded as some prospect.



Valero was destined to be a good boxer and nothing else.He showed nothing that would lead me to believe that he was going to be elite,let alone some ATG like some people seem to regard him as having potential to be.
