Morales, Barrera then Marquez. And it's funny because Marquez may be the most talented but made some poor career decisions (mainly waiting 4 years to rematch Pacquiao). If he had fought and perhaps beat Pacquiao in 2004 or 2005, imagine how much better his career would have been? He would have gotten Morales and Barrera in the next 2 years, and if he beat both of them when they were still at the top of their game, he probably jumps ahead of both!

In terms of skills and talent JMM could be #1. However, in terms of greatness(resume and accomplishments)

        1a. Barrera
        1b. Morales
        3. Marquez

Didn't HBO say during the JMM-Katsidis fight that JMM has already surpassed both guys in title defenses, number of times being champ and in opposition faced? Marquez has faced better guys than EM and MAB have.

Initially i want to say Barrera, but being that JMM beat him, I go with JMM. And using Pac as a standard, being he was the best common opponent for all 3, again i go JMM because he was the only one who didnt get DESTROYED, tho EM is the only one out of the trio who owns a w over Pac.

I like JMM and all, but even if he beats Morales that isn't gonna make me rank him over Barrera or Morales. He needs to beat a top 140 lber for a title or at the very least unify with the Rios-Acosta winner.

                As it stands:
                Morales
                Barrera
                JMM

I think Barrera and Morales' resumes get overrated, but I think they are still above JMM in terms of accomplishments. One thing though, if JMM had gotten the decision over Chris John that he deserved, that would've left a big imprint since John has been the top guy at 126 for years. That fight should've went to JMM and it isn't even debatable although the win doesn't show up on his resume.

I think Junior Jones, Naseem Hamed, Injin Chi are really the only stand out wins on Barrera and Morales' resumes outside of fighting each other. And Barrera lost to Jones twice. But the bad thing right now is, JMM isn't really taking fights right now that will solidify his legacy. Diaz was coming off a loss to frigging Malinaggi. And Katsidis was just a top contender, but that's where it ended. I think JMM needs to either beat Pac or get a fourth title to push him over those two.

                    This isn't even debatable.

Morales and Barrera were ineffectual past 126. Barrera coudln't even manage a round against Pac in 2 fights.

Beating in jin chi and zaragoza doesn't make Morales better than JMM. Nor does losing to Raheem and quitting against Pac.
