He always had the ability to swing hard and never really did so, this is mostly due to the discipline and understanding that was developed early. it is important to understand that Chavez grew uip in the ring, facing mature men had the effect of conditioning his style to be methodical and patient. Defensively, Chavez actually had a very efficient -bob and weave-, aside from the fact that he could take a good hit(consider also that a good understanding of balance weight shift will allow one to absorb well), this ability was a big part of his couter attach and set up.
the technicalities of his style are definately complex and i have had this conversation before, it can go on forever.

2. Mass Popularity:this is usually the fanbase that is enamored with the mistique of the record and the Mexican Nationalism which he came to represent. this aspect of his success is well diserved, Chavez made all his fights fun with will, valour and power.

It is Julio Cesar Chavez. The man was the best ever and no one after him has come close!!!I know some people (PR's) will say he had 60 cab driver wins on his record but thats bull, I want to see a boxer that is not Mexican start his career in Mexico and see how many wins he can get!! after that id say Salvador Sanchez, He died way too young he had the potential to be arguably one of the GOAT!!! Third I like Juan Manuel Marquez, The guy is such a gifted fighter, has fought anyone they have put in fron of him and went to fight anywhere and he is not done yet!!!

I have to agree with u. While I do think Sanchez was more talented, his life was cut short and JCC accomplished more. Also, i think JMM could be interchangeable with Morales.
