Like the poster said before, this is just a FAN pole the ring and the writers will get together to determine the real fighter of the year. If you think that what Pac did was more impressive then Sergio then you're insane. I don't even need to bring up the Clottey fight, but the Margs and Pac fight was an outright disgrace to boxing. If fighting for a vacant title in a weight class which neither fighter has proved anything is impressive to you then you can have it. That fight was a total farce. Now I will say it was impressive in that Pac was able to mess up Marg's face, but honestly who didn't see that fight going exactly how it went?

Sergio deserves it But Pac has the Case!! Fans voted for Pac, Media might sway for him too. SErgio KO the guy he outweigh! Cheato who has a Ko win over SErgio has a 17 lbs advantage over Pac. So Pac feat was much better!

hmmm, if Pacquiao wins this that would be pretty disappointing. I just don't see how you can win fighter of the year by winning two decisions over two nobodies. One guy who fell off the map 2 years ago, and another guy who was banned from the sport and also hadn't fought in a couple years.

He was dominant but neither performance was particularly impressive. I just don't think he deserves it.

Khan and Martinez were more impressive than Pacquiao both in how they fought and how they won.

I'm a big fan of Pac, but let's be real here... Sergio was the fighter of the year if you base it solely on ring performances and not other factors like USA Today and RING have apparently.
