Pacquiao demanded : 8 OZ Gloves - Mayweather agreed!
Pacquiao demanded : $10 million weight penalty for every lb Mayweather is over the limit - Mayweather agreed!

Mayweather requested one thing : OSDT up until the fight - Pacquiao refused. He wanted scheduled tests where he knew when he would be tested and could therefore still take PED's.

It seems pretty obvious to me who doesnt want the fight. Actually, I take that back. He does want the fight. But not with OSDT because that would expose him as a cheater aswell as a liar and a cherrypicker.

Posters on here can cry all they want about OSDT, They can call me *****, Call me a ****** (Their best one) show me picture of food or even better yet show me a video of one presenter on ESPN calling Mayweather a coward, All i know is Team Pac doesnt want the fight, They didnt want it when Team Mayweather called Roach's bluff in December and they didnt want it now when Mayweather went on live TV and said OSDT or we got NO fight. The inconsistency in Team Pacquiao is something i would and cannot defend from December 2009 till November 2010.

What they don't want is the drug testing. Team Pacquiao will keep lying and trying to twist the situation to make it seem like Floyd is somehow ducking Pacroid. I think after Floyd said any cutoff is OFF the table, Team Pacquiao just started trying to try and annoy, provoke and just do everything to try and get him to agree to the fight without full, random OSDT. In my opinion, Roach and Pacquiao believe they can't win without PED's.

This is why you get Pacquiao going on live TV and saying he will agree to whatever Mayweather wants. So that when they negotiate again and Floyd backs away because he wants REAL testing and not some bull**** with a cut-off, they can just make up some lies and make it seem that he just doesnt want the fight. the biggest proof you guys have of pacquiao being on PED's is him refusing testing that has been deemed dangerous by the commission and is not being required to any other boxer.
