he was willing to be tested far stricter than what the nevada state athletics commission deemed to be safe for boxers.

He still hasnt agreed. The little cheater goes on camera and says he will agree but in reality he will only agree to testing with a cut-off point. His own personal advisor admits this. I don't know how it could become anymore clear. Yet still, quite amazingly, some people are dumb enough to believe he did agree.

They have lied so many times during the Mayweather situations that none of this suprises me. Floyd just says "take the test and we can make the fight". He never felt the need to lie about all these different things that Pacquiao has lied about. Here's another example of Team Pacquiao's lies.

In the video below, Roach is recorded saying "They wanted Olympic style drug testing and we said yeah whatever you want, since we accepted that, now they are running scared again". Another lie about "accepting" OSDT.
