there have been a lot of conflicting statements from pacquiao's camp, a lot of the people around him are talking out of their asses.

either way, the testing isn't really the issue why the fight did not materialize. its cause floyd didn't want it.

he was willing to be tested far stricter than what the nevada state athletics commission deemed to be safe for boxers.

      what more do you want?

When you go on camera and claim you agreed to something you didnt actually agree to then you basically lied, Which makes you wonder why he would lie on camera for, I know he works with Arum and stuff but Pac disappoints me when i found out that he never agreed to OSDT like he claimed.

he is complying with what the rest of the boxers are required to regarding drug testing.

he agreed to testing that is far more invasive and has already been deemed by the NSAC would present additional, unnecessary risks.

They have lied so many times during the Mayweather situations that none of this suprises me. Floyd just says "take the test and we can make the fight". He never felt the need to lie about all these different things that Pacquiao has lied about. Here's another example of Team Pacquiao's lies.

In the video below, Roach is recorded saying "They wanted Olympic style drug testing and we said yeah whatever you want, since we accepted that, now they are running scared again". Another lie about "accepting" OSDT.

I still remember Pacquiao saying he didn't want to be tested 3 days before the fight, then weeks later asking for a 30 day cutoff

I must admit I'm in awe to these *****s talking on the behalf of Mayweather. Its too much deafening the silence of Mayweather regarding about this fight whether he wants it now or not. Luckily, we have these *****s courageously speaking for him!
