    let's just say they are both in top 15 at the moment.

    if floyd does not fight pac, then he just stays in there. while pac, staying 'busy' and pampering himself with these so-called tailor made fighters for him, will rise in to the ranks and leave floyd eating the dusts.

                  Winning all those titles against paper champs, at catch-weights, not against the toughest competition at the time. In this day and age where 4-7 lbs separate weight classes and make it easier to collect belts. Plus there are a million alphabet belts to boot lol! I laugh at people bringing up that farce of an achievement.
