Fair point, Margarito doesnt deserve a shot after his last few performances, but Cotto wants to get back at the guy who handed him his first loss.

To be honest I don't think Cotto wants to fight him. I thinks he doing it because bob wants it. He wants to fight fights like Martinez or even Floyd(if his ****** azz would stop doing unnecessary bull****). Cotto likes the big fights. Bob just want to use Cotto before his contract is up. Just like if Cotto wins in march and June we are going to be looking for a PAC/Cotto 2 in nov.

I agree that Cotto wants the big fights but the Margarito thing is personal, especially after the hand wrapping issue, and it probably would be a rematch with Pac after that, i doubt he fights Floyd cause im not sure if Floyd will fight again, and a fight with Martinez is possible but i think Martinez would have to come down for that fight to happen which wouldnt be the worst idea, it offers him bigger pay days.

So Mayorga is a tune-up...well if we get Cotto/Margarito II in June, I'll quit complaining about Cotto choosing Mayorga as his opponent for March
