Tyson was one of the most, if not the most exciting boxer in history. He was known as the most feared man to ever enter the ring, he was a monster everyone saw him as an idol they loved him.

In Europe hardly anybody knows Floyd if you ask them. Ask someone who didn't even follow boxing who tyson was and they knew him.

I bet money Pacquiao is probably more known than Floyd around the world. Reason for that is probably that Pac is just a more exciting fighter. Majority of casual fans wanna see action not running around and easy UD. Sure us as extreme boxing fans love skills and teqnique being displayed, but that style will not make much noise among the casual fans.
