It's because Tyson fights were exciting, Mayweather fights are boring.

Alot of Floyd fans claim people dislike Floyd because his is outspoken and black.

I always bring Tyson up because that kills their arguement.

Tyson was worse than Floyd but he always delivered with exciting fights. Also he had a certain level of respect for former greats.

Floyd is alot of talk and rarely backs up his claims. Most are annoyed which leads to their dislike of him as a fighter.
