Jermaine Taylor also lacked some mental capabilities it seemed he was unable to follow instructions after the first 30 seconds of the round.

Anyways, I think it's a good move and if the odds are close, or especially if pascal is the favorite, I'm going all in on Dawson. I think Bhop exposed pascal in that you attack the body he does not like getting hit, we already know he fades down the stretch and if Dawson listens to Steward and keeps his foot on the pedal and continues to attack he's going to destroy pascal.

uhm, birmingham and scully did a fine job developing dawson.....floyd sr is the most overrated trainer in the sport.

against what opposition? at what weight class?

ure entitled to ur opinion but u cant deny dawson showed a lot more boxing and especially counter punching skills after teaming up with floyd sr...he let go of his textbook style more and showed better defense

I think Steward is a good match for Dawson, but I think half the reason they made this change is because they think Steward's involvement will make HBO more likely to buy the fight.

As a previous article stated, if HBO nor Showtime decides to pay for Dawson-Pascal then Pascal would be free to fight Hopkins instead.

Good decision, although he never should have left Floyd senior, who may say some ****** s***, may not be able to train brawlers or punchers etc, but he is the best when it comes to pure boxers, Chad's win v Adamek was truly excellent, pure boxing at its best. Good decision on Steward, though it is probably Shaw's decision in order to get someone to buy the rematch.
