So Pacqiauo has offically won fighter of the year this year? If so, winning 'The Ring fighter of the year' has lost ALL credibility to me.

Ahh it's a fans poll? That's ok then, its still abserd that fans voted for Pacqiauo over Martinez and shows that boxing fans have to endure this day and age.

When you're as big as Pac is, you're gonna get that vote especially with a recent guy like Martinez who rose from obscurity in about a year

Straight out. If you are going to let anyone vote but then this is to be expected. Manny Pacquiao's overwhelming mainstream fan base obviously got him over the line, but compared to a natural junior middleweight winning the middleweight title from the once-beaten Kelly Pavlik and then avenging his FOTY loss with 2nd round knockout of the year. We know Serg was the man for 2011. Margarito and Clottey? For paper belts?

Lets see Bernard Hopkins take it in 2011 with victories over Pascal, Dawson and Haye =]
