Why pac?

You guys need to stop hating and give credit to a guy who single-handedly brought back boxing to mainstream. Love him or hate him, Manny Pacquiao deserves props. It doesn't matter who he fights as long as he keeps fighting and gives us what's our money are worth.
And since when did "if a boxer lose a fight, he's shot, past prime, old" started? By Floyd's fans logic they say Manny is now fighting Floyd's 3rd left over. If that's the case, then Floyd's 40 wins are from fighter who already had a lose. So does that mean Floyd's 40 victories are from left over fighters?
And if you want to add this up, Floyd fought Baldomir for a 147 lineal belt, but Baldomir already had 9 loses in his record. So therefore by Floyd fans logic Mr. Baldomir is already a left over on those 9 fighter's who spank him.Comment

It's funny how, whenever Pac receives another award, these boards light up with hate threads from all the *****'s around here. It's like the only thing they feel they can do to make themselves feel better about their guy.Comment

Its the performance.
Anything special in this story bout his fairy-tale life you were referring?
In his wildest dreams, could Pacquiao have possibly imagined this reality while growing up in a cardboard shack in General Santos City?
In 1990, when his curiosity of the sweet science was spurred by a cluster of adults huddled around a TV watching Buster Douglas' upset of Mike Tyson?
In 1994, when he pooled money won in street fights (winner's purse: 250 pesos, or five bucks) and stole away by ferry to Manila to work his craft in the barely legal smokers in the Filipino capital?
In 1995, at an undernourished 98 pounds, when he reportedly put heavy objects in his underwear to make the minimum weight for his pro debut at 16, a four-round points victory over Edmund Enting Ignacio?
In 2001, not long after that serendipitous meeting with Freddie Roach at the Wild Card Boxing Gym, when he knocked out Lehlohonolo Ledwaba for the IBF 122-pound title at the MGM Grand and became the first Filipino to win a world title in Las Vegas?

Manny Pacquiao: “I feel like I don’t need Mayweather to make my career. I fought the best and anyone willing to face me. I want it, and feel the fans deserve the Mayweather fight. I want to prove to everyone that it wasn’t me who didn’t want the fight. That’s why I made the concession to take anything [blood tests] he wants at any time. Even during the fight before the sixth round if he wanted! What else can I do? I hope we get the fight done soon. Let’s get it on.”well you summed it up nice and it's the truth because that's what he has been doing, beating damaged goods ( as stated by roach) at catch weight and refusing the OST to clear up his name. But don't forget he also made the 10 million dollar penalty demand for every extra pound and don't forget that floyd agreed.
and the reality is he's gonna be fighting floyds 3rd left over soon in old shot mosley.
people are blinded by his success and most of them don't even understand boxing so he's more like a hollywood star to them. But real boxing fans won't be fooled by his cherry picking tactics. Thanks to ariza and top rank the guy who lost twice to marquez has a sweet fake tv fame going on at the moment
