Why is it that despite the accusation that Pacquiao is on PEDs (due to his refusal to undergo OST), and his beating of shot fighters, as well as being labeled as catchweight king by some fans, Pacquiao is still given awards and featured by prominent magazines like recently by CNN, Sports Illustrated and also the TIME?

You may say its business-wise...However, don't these media have integrity and knowledge to know the people they will feature?

Or it is just fans who discredit Pacquiao are just very very very few, who try to be righteous or are haters and cant accept the fact that Pac is the real deal?

Pac at 2007 is at 130 lbs.

You can now discredit why Pac didnt fight DLH at 1999, Shane at 2000 etc.
