My feeling is that most of these guys skirt the rules. They pay guys whose only job is to make sure they have every advantage they can, and few of them will admit to even knowing what are in the drinks that are handed to them. It happens in every sport. Boxing has always been the black sheep of sports anyways. Odds are its even worse here.

Negotiating is a process that hopefully leads to an agreement. It is an ongoing process.. we have one side seemingly there and the other on vacation. Floyd won, Pac caved on his demand but where is floyd now?. The ball is on his court... That is what is out there that most agree on. This is why the world thinks Floyd is ducking. If floyd has any doubts, pac has put it out there in his own words quote for quote (look at my sig). He has said it in several interviews now that he is willing to submit to floyd's demands, in his own words. why doesn't floyd call him out on it... If he just picked up the phone and called arum or when arum calls.

Manny seems to have accepted a 7 day cut-off (that's good enough for me personally) which is contrary to the quote. Floyd doesn't seem interested in making the fight happen anymore.......but Manny is just as guilty because he could have had this fight happen with a two week cut-off.

The NSAC like all other state commissions has a vested interest in lax drug testing. They looked into the benefits of upgrading their testing and decided their inferior status quo was adequate.

Dr Don Caitlin (look him up), Victor Conte and the heads of USADA and WADA are the most recognisded authorities on anti-doping. Not to mention the former NSAC medical advisory board head Dr Margaret Goodman has berated the NSAC current procedures.........

So which commission doctors rejected it??? Names please?? I want to see if they have any credentials in the field of PED's......like Caitlin, Conte, USADA, WADA etc etc.....??? Was the decision to adopt a better standard left up to them, or was a vote taken by the NSAC board/members?????

Actually blood testing has been confirmed as the only known weay to detect HGH. A rugby player in England tested positive.

I agree that Manny was at fault too because if he would have just agreed to 2 weeks or maybe even all the way like he says he is willing to do now, we may have a super fight... I still want to see the fight and I still want to see floyd call manny out... Manny is on video and print saying that he agreed to everything... A powerful tool that Floyd has not employed.. Call him out Floyd... Manny said it himself... CALL HIM OUT... There is a lot of money to make so I don't know why floyd would lose interest.
