Team Pacquiao gave a total of 6 ridiculous excuses why Manny would not undertake random blood tests - which is a fkn joke. Requiring 6 different excuses means that none of them were any good, they just didn't want to take blood tests simple as that......

Thousands of athletes have undertaken random blood testing.
There are three categories of athlete.....
1.) Those who submit to the testing, and pass.....
2.) Those who submit to the testing, but do not pass.....
3.) Those who do not submit to the testing
Type 1 athlete is clean, type 2 and 3 athlete are steroid abusers.
That's just how it is, and it's been that way since the dirty Olympics.Comment

It is true BUT why would Floyd come in over the 147 LB limit
when he is a WW fighter? He came in overweight because it
was a catchweight and clearly he couldn't make 144. The fight
with Pac was supposed to be at WW, so why would Floyd need
a 10MIL dollar penalty clause in it for weight? Aside from the
Marquez catchweight fight, Floyd has never come in over the
OFFICIAL division weight. At first Roach was talking about having
Pac fight Floyd at a catchweight? Pac told Amir Kahn that he
is not mentally ready to take the tests. Pac lied about agreeing
if that is the case. The only time people make up alot of excuses
is when their not telling the truth and EVERYONE should know that.
Excuses to cover up other excuses that have been exposed.
I've been following this whole debacle and in my eyes, Arum
doesn't want the fight because he hates Golden Boy and Floyd,
also he doesn't like to share any of the profits. With all of this
evidence and documentation. How can ANYONE think Floyd
ducked this fight? The only thing Floyd is guilty of his horsing
around on his personal time and not fighting.Comment

Fight didn't happen because Pacquiao deaded the fight when it
counted. Everything after was a serade.
CANNOT and SHOULD NOT be debating this fact.Pacquiao and Mayweather had agreed to unlimited random urine testing, but Mayweather also insisted on random blood testing, even though the Nevada State Athletic Commission, which would oversee the bout at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, requires only urine testing.
Pacquiao (50-3-2, 38 KOs) didn't want blood testing but later relented and agreed to three blood tests: one during the week of the kickoff news conference, which would have taken place next week, one random test to be conducted no later than 30 days before the fight and a final test in his dressing room after the fight. Mayweather (40-0, 25 KOs) would be subject to the same testing procedures.
When they could not come to an agreement, Top Rank and Golden Boy Promotions, which represents Mayweather, turned to a mediator, retired judge Daniel Weinstein, who had successfully mediated a series of disputes between Top Rank and Golden Boy in 2007.
But after nine hours in mediation on Tuesday in Santa Monica, Calif., and further attempts to come to a resolution on Wednesday failed, the fight was pronounced dead by the Pacquiao camp.

I can just imagine what would have happened if Floyd didn't accept
the tests, if it was Manny the one requesting them? I bet you if
Floyd was the one to put the "10MIL" per penalty pound in the
contract for Manny, then I bet his fans would say Floyd was scared
and didn't want to fight because 10MIL per lb is ridiculous. If
people would say that about Floyd if that was the case, then how
come they are not saying it about Pacquiao?
1.Scared of needles
2.Taking blood makes me weak
3.Not mentally capable at the moment
With all of these excuses from Manny's mouth, I am supposed
to believe that he wanted to take them all of a sudden when
he refused when the fight was just a "I will take the tests"
away from happening BUT Manny opted not to. He ducked the
fight, plain and simple! I don't have much faith in believing
Arum wanted Floyd after Clottey because Bob was working
his ass off to get Margarito reinstated to fight Pac. Some of
you guys on here need to get a clue. Arum, Roach and Manny
are telling everyone the real deal but Pac fans still refuse to
see it because of their love for Manny and hate for Floyd.
I want to see the fight but I know that unless Arum has a
big change of heart. It most likely won't happen.Comment

I really think that Manny fans know that his **** is stinking
and just try to overlook all the evidence pointing to Arum
not wanting to make the fight happen. Look at my sig!
Arum wanted Mayweather to be as rusty as possible before
he put Pac in the ring with him. First they wanted a catchweight
for Floyd? Manny is a good fighter but he is not great. Not
because I think so but rather what Arum and Roach thinks.Comment
