One allowed the other fighter to come in at any weight at the jmw limit.Comment

If Maywether is, Pac most certainly is as well. Remember the name Shane Mosley about 1 1/2 years ago? U know...the #1 Welterweight at the time? Pac didn't want anything to do with him. Instead, he took on the guy that looked like crap in his previous fight and got bludgeoned the fight b4. Same thing is holding true w/him fighting Mosley now. Shane looked bad in his previous fight and got embarrassed the fight b4 and that =Fight w/Pacman.Comment

Oh really? U mean like the ones that Pac has already coming into the fight?does'nt matter...the point is that you have to prevent floyd from gaining adavantge from the get go, or else he'll do as he pleases.....floyf id'nt have a choice but a 50/50......everyone one else including floyd in his 40 fights did'nt need that bs OST, why all of a sudden , he needs it now?....b1tch move no matter how you look at it!
No, the point is, Pac has been over his divisions weight limit, Floyd has not.
Didn't have a choice? Please tell me who is the proven Cash Cow in boxing, Pac or FMJ. We already know the answer to that so, FMJ agreeing to 50-50 is a concession and showed he wanted the fight.
Pac never asked for a 10 mil overweight penalty in his almost 60 fights. Why did he need it now w/FMJ. FM has never been overweight, Pac has.Comment

25% of the purse is "standard" too, not 10 mil per lb.Its in the Nevada rule book. 25% of the purse can be used as a penalty for going overweight. 8 or 10 ounces gloves can be used but the drug testing Mayweather was asking wasn't a standard and should it be implemented boxers should be tested all year long like what WADA does for olympians.
Dude u are picking and choosing what fits your argument. As a fighter, u can requests anything u want. Neither was standard and OST can work the way FMJ suggested it. The only difference was that FMJ accepted Pac's demands, and Pac accepted his, only change his mind and then start backing away to from 0-30 days.
It's 10 oz unless both fighters agree to it. So another
concession FMJ made.Comment

Your clueless. Pac has been overweight not 1x but 2x. And it was OVER THE DIVISION WEIGHT LIMIT! So he is the LAST person to be talking anything about weight or weight penalties.
