why do people automatically assume manny would run thru jmm??

since jmm he hasnt faced a pure boxer capable of ripping off combos and throwing beautiful counter punches

true jmm prob will get dropped but history shows us he gets right back up..he never says die

theres a reason arum wont entertain a jmm fight and it aint goldenboy

not saying jmm will win but hed def give manny hell..

manny and floyd..floyd defense and counter punching gave jmm trouble..manny will try to pressure jmm and that falls right into kmm hand..

this fight would be very exciting just like the first 2

Because the fight would most likely take place at welter weight and JMM already has shown that he can’t hang with the boys at 147.

Contrast that with Manny who ripped through 147 like fart laced with chemical weapons.

I still believe that JMM would give Manny problems. It's just that it would be less competitive than their last two fights.

Because Pac's too big and better than he was the last time, along with the fact that JMM is 3 years older and clearly past his prime. He also can't hurt Pacquiao at 147. Floyd was walking through two punch combinations from him and smiling. Pacquiao would run him over at this point. Just look at the second Diaz fight. Diaz, a fighter known to come forward and brawl was able to have a very good amount of success boxing and jabbing at Marquez. Imagine what the much bigger, stronger, faster and better chinned Pacquiao would do.

This wouldn't make it past 6 rounds. Might be pretty competitive while it lasts though.

If the fight ever takes place at 147 Manny pummels him to death, Manny is too strong at WW for JMM and JMM can't carry any power at WW.

But Manny is no longer a 135 pound fighter he’s a full fledge welter, ONE time or not Manny beat beats JMM at this weight decisively.

since moving up to 135, we've seen JMM get rocked by guys like Diaz and put on his as5 by Katsidis...he had ZERO power to earn Floyd's respect when he moved up above 140

at 147, JMM vs PAC is a bigger mismatch than Shane-PAC

I'm a big Marquez fan, and not really a Pacqiauo fan, i felt the first fight was a draw, the 2nd fight Marquez won quite clearly IMO, but if they meet later this year at 147, Marquez doesnt see the bell for 12, i am absolutly confident of that.

A 130, Marquez had what it takes to beat Manny. Having him fight Manny at 147 is damn near cruelty.
