According to ugly man roger mayfraud, "A fight with Martinez means **** for Floyd!" he's nobody, he wants to draine himself down to 154 for a payday so he could excuse himself another weight issue. did he says, he can go as far as 156 then ****ty mouth Dibella confirmed at 155 but will kill himself.

Floyd will fight Sergio at that time for the same reason Manny wouldn't fight Shane, or give a rematch to Marquez. They are just too good.

Sergio retires Mayweather for good....Mayweather knows this, he will never fight Sergio.

-Sergio does not have a huge enough fan following to interest Floyd
          -Sergio is a larger southpaw

BIG RISK LESS REWARD.. Just not Floyds style....
Someone get this clown out of here....Out of 41 fights Marquez is the only one that lost on the scale before getting dominated by a man coming off a 22 month layoff. Sergio is past his on his way out of his prime just like Floyd is nearing the end of his career. Segio beat the **** out of cintron, pavlik, and ko paul and u think is following isnt big??? "peeleft:...large southpaw??

Floyd fought Oscar the middle weight at 154, this fight would pan out the same way...FOOL

Mayweather vs Martinez would be a great fight and easy win for Floyd.
Floyd will never fight Martinez. He hasn't fought an elite fighter at the top of his game since he moved above 140. He really won't get near a slick southpaw that is probably as fast as him. Plus, Martinez has a much better chin, better stamina, and hits harder. Fights:
147 Sharmba Mitchell--2nd fight for Sharmba at 147. The fight before moving up he got knocked out by Kosta Tszyu at 140.
147 Zab Judah--coming off a loss to Baldomir where he stunk the joint up something fierce. He also could be a great fighter but lacks the mental toughness. Still scored a knocked down on Floyd.
147 Baldomir--I love Carlos, but he is a glorified club fighter with alligator arms, a head like a dump truck, and the fast-twitch muscles of a sloth. Come on. At least he had the WBC belt.
154 DeLaHoya--DeLaHoya had fought 1 time in 3 years. This is hands down Floyd's best win over 147 and it was a split decision. 2 of DeLaHoya's 3 prior fights were losses (I count the Sturm decision as a loss--Felix kicked Delahoya's ass).
147 Ricky Hatton--only prior fight at 147 was against Collazo. Hatton got a gift decision (Collazo had him out on his feet in the 12th and should have won a UD). Hatton swore after the fight he'd never again fight at 147, it was too heavy for him.
147 Marquez--highest prior fight was at 135. A career 126 fighter. If Floyd had beaten him at 135, I'd be impressed.
147 Mosley--I love Mosley, but he's shot. See his horrible fight against Mayorga (which he closed with a great KO) and the atrocity that was the Mora fight.
Where from this list of fighters would one ever get the impression that Floyd would fight a prime fighter at 147 or above? He's hand pick smaller, limited, or washed up fighters at these classes. Now, a similar argument could be made against Pacquiao, but it is not as obvious and Pacquiao is much smaller.

I'd pick Floyd.....Martinez is used to guys coming at him like Pavlik, Williams, etc. He would have a hard time with a counter-puncher like Floyd. He would have the offensive success and Mayweather sharpshoots like no one his has fought. I'd bet my house that Mayweather could not KO him though, lol.
