TRUE but WE all should know by now that Arum is full of it.
But I do agree that Floyd could do the same AND both should
stop the bull****. Arum has been using Floyd's name since the
first negotiations fell through. Instead of Pac agreeing to the
tests, they opted to use Floyd's name to sell their bull**** set
up matches. Manny ain't the hot stuff. He's famous but Floyd
is still the man to beat if Pac wants to be considered the best.
All of them one sided beat downs that Pac has been handing
out is not helping his cause either because all of his recent
fights have been set up and everyone knows it. Didn't Kahn
say Manny said he is not mentally ready to do the OST?
So how come Team Pac was saying that Manny agreed to
everything in regards to the blood tests? Manny, Arum, Roach,
Koncz and Ariza have been flip flopping for MONTHS soon to
be going on a year. Mayweather while not the smartest is
the best fighter in the sport, just ask Pac.

Manny Pacquiao's trainer, Freddie Roach, just sat down
with reporters in the media room. We asked whether he
or Pacquiao was disappointed at all that the Filipino will
be fighting Joshua Clottey, and not Floyd Mayweather Jr.,
    on Saturday.

"It may have been a little bit of a letdown for him, because
when we were working the mitts, he'd go into Mayweather
mode -- pretending he was Mayweather, with the hand down
and the shoulder roll and all that," he said
    .

And by the way...... Arum NEVER really wanted to make the fight
happen. Don't take my word for it. Just ask Bob Arum...

"It's not so much that I give a damn whether this fight happens
    -- I don't -- and for me it's not the greatest experience doing a
promotion with Floyd Mayweather," Arum said. "But not to do this
fight would slow down the momentum of boxing."

The Mosley deal was done before the Margarito fight began. The Margarito deal was done before the Clottey fight began. The Clottey deal was done before the Cotto fight began. And the Cotto deal was done before the Hatton fight began. Mayweather has been no more a priority for Pacquaio as Pacquaio has been a priority for Mayweather. The truth is, neither one of these camps are eager to fight the other. Mayweather figures he can beat Pac. But, he knows that Pac has a style that has troubled him and he'll liekly be touched up a bit before figuring him out. Pac and his team know that he has about a 3-4 round window to stop Money before being made to look like an amateur. In the end, the fans and media are the reason the fight hasn't, and probably will never happen. Because in a perfect Mayweather world, he'll lay out a year or 2, comeback and fight pretty much anyone and top $40M getting about 75% of the purse. And in a perfect Pacquaio world, he never has to fight Mayweather and have the masses believe its Money's fault. And because he's loved and Money is hated, he can continue to get his ass kissed for fighting tomato cans and go down as historically better than Money without having to see him. If the fans really wanted to see this fight, they'd say **** both these clowns. But since most are so passionate one way or the other, that will never happen. When it comes to the Mayweather-Pacquaio soap opera, one's scared and the other one's glad. And until the masses realize that, the best we'll get from these two is arguing about who's better and who's ducking whom.

Uncle Bob still trying to sell this shit? This greedy old fool was negotiating with Mosley while he was still part of Golden Boy. Mosley was always priority number one for obvious reasons.

Did any one from Top Rank contacted Mayweather about a May 2011 fight? Or were they just hoping Floyd contacts them out of no where about a May fight?

Yup. The moment he said "Mosley" in the post fight conference you know it would be Mosley. He doesn't want Mayweather, why would he? The fight will always be big, so why not give Pacquiao easy fights and make bank before he finally steps in the ring with one of the greatest technicians in the entire sport and finally faces the truth.

Obviously.. May Jr. has been quiet as a church mouse. If he wanted the fight, big mouth would have already said something on video.
