He had to low blow Judah 2x(1 fight removed from a years suspension in the 4 the Mayweather fight) just to get through him and got a split decision against Mosley. Cotto like Pacquiao had virtually the same answers, "My company/promoter tells me who to fight".

I've never seen cotto bully anybody in a fight.

It should be the other way around, floyd making statements and get under his opponents skin.

PBF takes Cotto apart. He just doesn't have the footspeed for his pressure to have done him any good. An in and out attack for PBF gets him a clear decision in that fight. It's too bad it didn't happen because at the time it was a big one.
