Yeah, after Tito ruined him with his left hook first.

Tito's left hook had way more power. De La Hoya had amazing timing.

Tito throws more looping/haymaker left hooks.
Oscar throws short, quick left hooks.

With the power department you gotta give it to Trinidad. At the same time Oscar had an uncanny ability to land that left hook at the moment when he needed it the most.

I gotta give it to Trinidad due to the deadly power it had, but god damn Oscar has a hell of a left hook aswell. The best part is you see it when you least expect it.

Tito easily. Oscar's was good but couldn't match the power of Tito's.

It depends on what you like.

De La Joto was a little telegraphed.

                But packed incredible power.

Oscar had good power and very good speed.
There, I fixed it for ya. The main reason I prefer Tito's l. hook over Joto's is mainly due to the delivery. Trinidad's delivery and fluidity of the hook was a thing of beauty. It's like how folks describe some wine, it's smooth with a strong finish!

Felix's left hook is like watching Ray Allen's shooting stroke.

De La Joto's wasn't fluid at all. It was like, he dips and throws it, if he didn't have the speed that he had, people would've seen that **** comin'.

Lets not exaggerate. Tito's hook was good enough that exaggeration is not needed. Unless it was a perfect body shot, opponents usually rose from the KDs.

DLH had the quicker hook, and could throw it from different angles. He called it a 45 because of the degrees the angle it traveled at. He could turn it into a hookercut.

Tito's hook was more powerful and also more vicious to the body. That's not to say Oscar's wasn't hurtful to the body (ask Coley), it just wasn't quite as devastating as Tito's. Tito dropped more guys for ten counts with the body left hook than upstairs. Tito also doubled up the hook better, mixing head and body.

                    Not sure about that.

                    I'm a huge fan of Tito's.

But he seemed to go out of his way to throw that left hook.

He seem to dip a lot before unleashing it.

He would miss it early and than zero it in later.

                    Oscar's hooks seemed more surprising.

                    Like in the Quartey fight.

Better left hook belongs to oscar. It was his bread and butter that took him where he is at this point.
