One thing is for sure, when the rockets start landing this fight is going to be very interesting. ****, there's going to be some mindboggling power in the ring that night. I'm not convinced either can handle the others big punches.
I think Haye/Wlad is a toss up.

haye probably knows this too as panda's seen him do this in a couple of fights and be effective with it
haye is about as strong as peter but he's 30 times as fast. do a side by side comparison with peter-maskaev and haye-ruiz...the difference in hand and footspeed is shockingComment

I hope its a good fight and it would be interesting if Haye wins
But i am not sure how he is going to remove Wlads jab.. he ate Ruiz jab a lot and Wlad is far better and he is far bigger then RuizComment

Haye has done NOTHING to prove he can be competetive against Wlad.
Haye is garbage. He has a very low pathetic workrate, terrible stamina, fights scared, bad balance, sloppy, awful technique, leaves himself wide open after he throws his wild looping amatuerish punches. He has no defence, keeps his left hand too low, susceptible to jabs, left hooks and right hands. He's a proven coward, has no heart and no balls. He has a glass chin, has been knocked down, badly hurt and KO'd by super middleweights, light heavyweights and cruiserweights.
The cherry picking coward Haye only fights old washed up bums.
Wlad has been dominating and knocking out iron chinned world class fighters. Now Wlad gets to fight a vulnerable glass chinned pussy in Haye.
Wlad/Haye will be a replay of Wlad/Austin.
Haye gets KTFO by the first punch Wlad lands.Last edited by Steelhammer2011; 12-27-2010, 12:48 AM.Comment

David Haye has never faced anyone near Wald's level.
But to be fair, none of Wlad opponents of recent vintage were as gifted as Haye, either. Chagaev was only 6'1. Rahman and Austin didn't have the speed to give Wlad problems.
I think Haye's speed and athleticism could give Wlad a bit of a shock. Haye will be looking to keep his distance and fight in bursts the way Pascal was fighting last week. Wlad is going to have to show his true championship colors and be weary of the uppercut when he moves in to hold.
This is an exciting fight because it will anwser a lot of questions about both guys. People think Wlads resume is all either bums or old/shot former greats. Haye is a proven world class boxer in his absolute prime with an age advantage. Criticisms of Haye's HW run are apparent, but if Haye was to beat Wlad those criticisms would cease to exist.
Ultimately I think Wlad is too strong for Haye, and will wear him down and get a late KO. Haye's stamina is a question no doubt and unless he puts in the perfect camp I don't see how he could last twelve long rounds with Wladimir.Last edited by paulf; 12-26-2010, 06:50 PM.Comment
