i know im stepping into the middle of a PR v Mexico war by coming on here but i wanted to share sumthing i noticed with you guys since its relevant to the thread.

I was a big Margo fan until the hand wraps thing.... he was never that skilled or powerful but his heart, chin and pure relentlessness was something to be admired.... the handwraps thing tainted a guy whom id always seen as a true warrior... to discover he was cheating was very dissapointing indeed.

Like many I returned to the beating Cotto took at the hands of Margo and became convinced that he was using plaster wraps for that fight.... and was happily convinced of that fact until a couple of weeks ago.

Watch the end of the fight - he takes his gloves off IN THE RING.... now if you trully were using dodgy wraps wouldnt you just leave the gloves on like many other fighters do...? plus altho no one is actually inspecting them, no one seems to notice anything wrong with them....

I think this is worth a look (skip to 1:12) - not conclusive but important when making the accusation:

good point for the defense, very debatable but it shows that there's nothing to hide.

Thats the truth right there, why would someone take of the gloves if they are cheatingn to risk getting caught??? come on!! a lot fighters leave the gloves on until they get back to the locker rooms!!

yes i noticed that strange kinda pinky colour on his hand too.... this video really proves or dissproves nothing but i think its one of those things that shud be considered when debating his guilt or innocence....

the question here is if you were cheating then WHY TAKE THEM OFF ??

if it at least gets heads thinking then i think this post was worthwhile
