lol,u don't really believe that do you? it's still the same? no way, like you said, margarito payed the price for just standing there,of course he did,but he always fought like that, that doesn't take away from him being beat up,even when he fought cotto he took a lot of punishment, and yeah, marg will probably fight an easy guy too,but he's not a champ like cotto, cotto should be fighting someone else, even if marg does fight a nobody, who cares,he's finished,so this will be a fight of cotto facing a has been, cotto is not that far behind either

Wow.you seem to be the only one discounting margarito.shame.ok,so the fight doesn't come close to physical and skills aspects like the first encounter.but it is even, both fighters have lost an even amount of steps.again,YOU ARE DELIBERATING ON WHOS MORE SHOT.such a damn shame.cotto get beat up just as bad, you can't convert this into an argument.come june you and a whole lot of others wont be thinking this way lol.thats what find amusing.you can investigate my posts and track how many times before the fight ive made the call that ppl where gonna call margarito shot after pacquiao.Comment

it will be 3 years too late, margarito is done, and nobody can't deny that, since he got ko'd by mosley,he's done, didn't look good against garcia and to those that doubt maybe it was just the long layoff(like me) he got beat up badly against pacquiao,,three fight in a row he hasn't looked good,as a matter of fact he looked terrible...i think cotto should just fight a better fighter, not someone who is finished

Margarito vs Cotto II has to happen. Everyone has said both fighters are done so prematurely. They may not be the forces they were, but they are both in the same boat pretty much. It will be intriguing to gauge just how much they have lost and with Manny Steward in the corner it will be interesting to see if Cotto can avenge his loss.
I want Cotto to win, but I don't know...if he ain't disciplined enough to just box and move I see Margarito beatin him up down the stretch. But at the same time Margarito is such a slow starter that Cotto may bag enough rounds to win it.Comment

Box and move, that didn't work in the first fight. Yeah Cotto has to box and move some but if he wants to win the fight he needs to stand in there, sit on his punches and fire away on Margarito much more than he did in the first fight.
Cotto needs to put somde power behind his punches this time around. If Mosley was able to KO Margarito so can Cotto.Comment

If he can confront Margs and switch it up thats good, but he gets too passive in defence sometimes and tends to just move his hands around in front of his face trying to swat punches away, but it doesn't work if you are stationary and the guy walking towards you is throwing non-stop.
Hopefully we see a confident Cotto, cos he's one of my favourite fightersComment
