cotto needs a few tune ups with steward. that's the only way I can excuse these fights.

I agree. The other option mentioned earlier, of K9 with Steward stepping aside, did not really appeal to me at all. I am hoping that Steward and Cotto are making good progress. Cotto needs to stay active, and I still see him in a bit of a re-building phase.

After reading headline i thought expect trash talk from Mayorga. I don't count King he might just hold the flags and say "VIVA PUERTO RICO!!!!"....Cotto i think won't entertain that nonsense because he has kept his cool in the past...he does a good job imo but then again i think he hasn't dealt with someone like Mayorga (one of a kind in and out the ring) hes predictable/unpredictable lol....Pinto and Quintana said a few things but nothing crazy and disrespectful.....Mayorga on the other hand will call Cotto a "MARICON!!!" talk about his heavy friend (Gabriel Penagaricano), Cottos eye brows,his wife and i dont put it past him to talk about Cottos dad (R.I.P. Miguel Cotto Sr.).....Mayorga is a crazy mother****er!!!!

I'm ok with this fight and looking forward to it. Cotto is kind of a after thought right now. Plus I think he's kind of deserving of a fight like this. I mean it's not like he's the the pound for pound best fighter in the world taking these kinds of fights.
