Is this the same 37 year old Mayorga that has been Knocked Out everytime he fights someone who isn't some journeyman bum?

Well I don't consider Forrest a journeyman bum. Mayorga stopped him once and beat him again in a second fight. Mayorga also beat Vargas who was not a journeyman either. Piccirillo wasn't a journeyman either.

He lost to Trinidad, DLH, Mosley, Spinks. That's basically only 4 guys because you can excuse him for his other losses for him being too green and inexperienced. But at this point it would be no surprise for either Cotto or Mayorga to lose they're both no longer elite fighters.

Sad, but to be expected. No way Bob puts Cotto up against someone that could actually pose a challenge. It's seems to be the formula for Top Rank in general. the only one to dominate mayorga out of those 3 fighters was oscar

mosley fought him not too long ago and struggled badly...trinidad got put on his ass and taunted and landed more hooks on mayorga's chin than any fighter has ever been able to take from trinidad

I agree,these people have a one track mind and are unable to look and think outside of whats right in front of them. I have said this before Cotto had shoulder surgery and has been out for a while he needs a tune up fight, how people dont understand this is beyond me.
